Terms of Service

Gallery Access:

You will receive a private link and password to access your online gallery. This gallery will remain available for a minimum of 12 months from the date of delivery. It is your responsibility to download and back up all images within this time frame.

Image Format and Resolution:

Images will be delivered in high-resolution JPEG format suitable for printing. Web-resolution copies for social media sharing may also be included, where applicable. RAW files are not provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Download & Sharing:

You may download the images for personal use and are welcome to share the gallery link with family and friends.

Data Security & Backup:

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the security and backup of your images, we strongly recommend downloading and storing them in multiple secure locations promptly after delivery.

Gallery Expiration & Renewal:

After the 12-month period, the gallery will expire and access will be removed. A reactivation fee of LKR 10,000 per year may apply for restoring access beyond the original expiration date, subject to availability and the discretion of AGANI Fine-Art Weddings.

Commercial Use:

All images are provided for personal use only. Any commercial use — including submissions, brand collaborations, or advertisements — must receive prior written consent and may be subject to additional licensing fees.
